Despite the Montana namesake, Gallatin Canyon makes their home in Charlottesville, Virginia, where the band was founded in 2011. True to their Virginia roots, the band is known for traditional bluegrass music with a unique and modern sensibility. Nodding to the bluegrass past with a traditional spin, Gallatin is also known for rebooting tunes from both the classic country and classic rock genres. From Flatt & Scruggs and Bill Monroe, to Johnny Cash and the Grateful Dead, at any given show, you can expect to hear a vibrant, eclectic blend crossing multiple musical genres.

Savor a vertical tasting of one of Valley Road Vineyard's finest red wines – Meritage.
CEO Stan Joynes and Vineyard Consultant Grayson Poats will describe grape sourcing, vineyard conditions, and the inspiration for several vintages of VRV's beloved Meritage wines. Sommelier Alyson Muff will delve into the history of Bordeaux blends, and guide you through an educational and entertaining tasting. Each vintage will be paired with a delectable tasting from Executive Chef Walter Slawski of The Catering Outfit, Charlottesville, designed to complement the particular wine.

John Carter and Dave Livesay met at the University of Virginia back when they were still young and innocent. At the same time that Fuzz Busters, bell bottoms and 8 track tapes were cutting edge, they were cutting classes on their way to gentleman’s Cs. Due to a series of circumstances and life experiences beyond their control, they have evolved into the musical duo Old Age & Treachery. OA&T is a musical experience dedicated to providing an audience with a treacherously good time, courtesy of new, old, ageless and damn good songs. Dave and John use vocals, acoustic guitars, and harmonica to interpret their songs, with special attention given to rock, singer songwriters, country rock, British invasion, soul and R&B, and high-energy selections.
