This year’s blend is again a delightfully balanced collage of Viognier, Petit Manseng, and Chardonnay. Lemony yellow with nice clarity in appearance, this wine’s nose speaks of green apple and a touch of honey. The palate finds traces of spiced pear which lingers to provide a slightly tangy and pleasing finish.
