Designed to provide a flexible space that can accommodate intimate seated gatherings of 30 people as well as larger stand-up events for 50 or more, the “Library” at Valley Road is a private event space adjacent to the tasting room, SIP. In addition to offering a space suitable for board and business meetings, the Library is an ideal venue for rehearsal and wine dinners, holiday parties, and receptions. The Library features a 21′ x 29′ open space with two flat screen TV monitors, accompanied by a wine bar, catering prep kitchen, and restrooms, and a covered 16′ x 30′ front porch that offers beautiful views of the Blue Ridge in the near distance.
Available to host 50 guests for a seated function, and up to 75 for a reception, SIP is available to rent for evening events. Featuring an open interior space of 60′ x 30′, and adjoining patio measuring 85′ x 30′, SIP’s layout lends itself to a variety of social functions.

$250 per hour / two hour minimum
The hourly rate includes space rental (The Library or SIP), existing furniture, WiFi, water pitchers and goblets, and parking. Additional tables, chairs, and linens available for an additional charge.
